To be eligible an employer must currently have group health insurance through an insurer that has appointed and contracted Benefit Services of Kansas City, Inc., or its agents, and be willing to appoint Benefit Services of Kansas City, Inc. or its agents as "Agent of Record" for their group health insurance plan.
